Highly recommend this business. They were cheaper than the big box store and their products were better. The entire staff was amazing and our floors were installed promptly, professionally, and they look awesome! Thanks Sally for all your help.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I can’t rave enough about 24-7 floors and the owners Sally and Scott. This is the second project I’ve done with them and both times, I’ve been treated like family, like close family. Sally has the patience of a saint helping you pick your choices. She let me take home endless samples, had me text her photos so she could help me decide on my choice; and no matter how many questions or concerns I had, they both would respond to my texts or calls immediately. Communication through the entire process is amazing, always letting me know what is and going to be happening. They even helped me through the arduous task of an insurance claim. Who does that? They do!!! In a day of zero customer service, they make up for those that lack. The only bad thing about 24-7 is ALL the amazing, beautiful, luxurious (yet surprisingly affordable) choices in flooring and tiles they have. Seriously, so many choices, I need another house or two so I can use all the ones I love. If you have any flooring or tiling needs (they remodeled my shower also), don’t go anywhere but 24-7 Floors. You won’t be sorry.

We had 24-7 floors redo most of the floors in our villa. They have a huge range of products to choose from and permit you to borrow samples to try in your home. Sally is extremely helpful in assisting you in your choices. Scott is excellent in advising on what is best once you have decided on the product. The crew were wonderful and, as we opted to clear out our furniture, they were able to pull out the tile and laminate, prep and install the LVP floor in 5 days. Sally followed up after to make sure we were satisfied and that all was well.

Being new in Florida, we did not know where to go to replace our carpeting. We went into a couple of Big Box stores but were unhappy with the selection and level of service. We called 24-7 Floors based on reviews and it was the best decision we made! They answered the phone immediately and invited us into the showroom that weekend. We had one-on-one service, and that person worked with us exclusively until the project was complete. The installers were punctual, courteous, and clean. We were extremely pleased with the service, selection, and of course pricing!
When my place of business needed a cosmetic update, I immediately called Sally as I knew we would be taken care of. She sent me photos of products that would work for us along with pricing and schedule. She was even able to refer other vendors for the project. All in all, it worked out perfectly. Our customers remark how beautiful the office is.
I will continue to use 24-7 Floors for other projects in the future. Highly recommend!
